What are they?

Our vegetable boxes are packed full of fresh produce, sourced mainly from farms in West Cornwall.  Each week you will receive eight items including some fruit too - around enough for a family of four.  You will also get a free recipe card with some useful ideas about using the contents of the box and news updates from the farm and the packing shed.
