Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pan. Add 2 medium sized sliced onions & fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ½ tsp cumin seeds & cook for 1 min. Add about 500g shredded cabbage & cook until tender. Add ¼ tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala, salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, continue stirring. Serve immediately. A squeeze of lemon juice is a good addition. |
